NOW HIRING: CNC MACHINISTS All Levels of Experience

To meet our customers’ needs we are currently hiring 15 CNC machinists for all facets of our CNC operations.

CNC Operator All Shifts Available
In this position you will be operating a CNC Mill or a CNC Lathe throughout your shift. CNC operators are responsible for inspecting the finished products with measuring gauges while referencing blueprints to ensure accuracy. Set-up training available.
Requirements:
· At least 1 year experience operating a CNC Mill or a CNC Lathe
· Capable of working in a fast pace environment without sacrificing quality
· Ability to complete tool changes, edits and offsets when necessary
· Strong skills with reading and interpreting various hand gauges
CNC Set-up/Operator All Shifts Available
Working with either a CNC Mill or a CNC Lathe, you will be responsible for setting up and then operating the machine. We are looking for candidates with experience in either mills or lathes or both. We offer the opportunity to train for our specific to our operations, so we are looking for people interested in expanding their knowledge.
Requirements:
· At least 3 years experience setting up and operating either CNC Mills or CNC Lathes
· A background working with a variety of materials is preferred
· Confident in ability to read and interpret measuring gauges and blueprints
· Experienced in working with tight tolerances
CNC Programmer 1st 2nd Shift Available
Main job responsibilities include programming, setting up and some operating of either a CNC Mill or a CNC Lathe. This positions offers the opportunity to potentially take over as the lead man in the CNC department. Working hand in hand with the quality department, you will be looking for new ways to improve productivity and quality of our products.
Requirements:
· Strong programming skills
· Able and willing to program, set up, and operate
· Experienced in working with tight tolerances
· Solid communication and interpersonal skills
Compensation:
· Starting pay structure:
CNC Operator up to $15/hour
CNC Set-up Operator up to $19/hour
CNC Programmer up to $25/hour
