Due to our growth, we currently have an opening for a CNC Maintenance Mechanic at our Houston, TX manufacturing facility.
Summary: The Maintenance Mechanic is a key position in a Reliability Based Maintenance Strategy which includes routine, preventive, and predictive maintenance for equipment and facilities.
Reviewing all maintenance work requests for validity (notifications).
Evaluating/troubleshooting of manufacturing machinery to include robotics, manual and CNC equipment. Perform adjustments/repair of production and auxiliary equipment.
Identifying problems related to mechanical/electrical operation of machinery that can be repaired by maintenance and communicating operation/engineering issues to appropriate function groups.
Part ordering and installation of complex electro-mechanical assemblies in order to repair or improve machinery.
Repair and rebuilding of pumps, motors, and other electro-mechanical devices.

Job Requirements:
Education and/or Experience High School Diploma, general education degree (GED); one to three years as related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. PLC Programming desired.
Certificates, Licenses, Registrations Various machine repair certificates, licenses, and registrations are preferred.
Other Skills and Abilities Must have knowledge of CNC equipment repair and maintenance as well as other machinery.
