CNC Programmer Job in Cincinnati 45216, Ohio US
Machine knowledge equivalent to 2-5 years experience on CNC mills.
Knowledge in G and M code programming, work off-sets, and tool setting is a must.
Knowledge and ability to interface with CAD/CAM systems is a plus!
Ability to efficiently perform setups and operate Haas, Mori Seiki, or Fadal CNC Mills.
Fluent in reading part drawings (including multiple views and three-dimensional details) required to machine parts from steel, aluminum, copper and plastics.
Knowledge of cutting tools and their correct speeds and feeds.
All candidates must have the ability to make corrections and solve problems in order to maintain high quality and high production rates.
Duties also include performing secondary operations such as drill press, de-burring, etc.
