Job Description Job Classification: Contract Duties: -Operation and set up of CNC Swiss lathes -Operation of CNC Lathes and Mills. -Basic set up and editing of programs. -Make any tooling changes if needed. -Basic preventative maintenance to machines. -Use of measuring tools (Micrometers, Calipers, Rulers both Standard/Metric) on all parts. -Reading of blue prints, schematics, and SOP's. Requirements: -3 to 5 years of operation CNC Swiss lathes, Set up is a plus. -If no Swiss experience then candidates must have 5 to 10 years of CNC Mills and lathes operation and set up. -High School Degree. -Knowledge and understanding of how to use micrometers, calipers, and rulers standard/metric. -Any previous experience with microscope is a plus. -Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs. -Must pass all testing. Addl Job Info: Hours: Friday, Saturday and Sunday (6pm-6am) 36 Hours each week. Will train on 1st shift(6am-4pm) for 2 weeks full time. -Over time is open for 10 hour shifts on 1st or 2nd shift Mon-Thurs. Can possibly work up to 70 hour each week. -All paper computerized testing must be done before a candidate is submitted.
