Co-Head of Operational Risk for Global Broker-Dealer Firm
As Co-Head you will be be responsible for leading 4 seperate business lines of this industry leading business unit. You will therefore be responsible for driving these teams forward, mentoring and employing new members from day one as well as delivering results to senior stakeholders such as the CRO, CCO and COO.
The operational team is fairly young and therefore there will be constant progression in this role for the foreseeable future and you will be required to be extremely dynamic and be able to think on your feet.
The ideal candidate will have the following skills and experience:
* 4+ years experience in operational risk or related area
* Ability to lead a small-large team
* Excellent regulatory knowledge
* Ability to think around regulatory problems in order to provide industry leading solutions
* Strong compliance knowledge
