Co-Resident Manager
Auberge Resorts is looking for two Co-Resident Managers at Element 52 located in Telluride, Colorado. The Co-Resident Managers are responsible for directing the overall management of Element 52's operations, to achieve the highest quality guest service and product to maximize on the return on investment for the owners of the resort while ensuring the property complies with local health and safety codes, company guest service, and product and brand standards.
Required
: Bachelor's Degree or equivalent in Hotel or Hospitality Management and five years of experience in the related occupation of luxury hotel/residence club operations. In addition, the five years of experience in the related occupation must include the following:
5 years of experience in managing front desk and/or food and beverage operations;
5 years of experience managing 4-5-star luxury operations;
5 years of experience coaching, mentoring, and supervising employees; and,
2 years of experience analyzing, interpreting, and understanding financial data.
