• Demonstrated ability to guide a successful Service Cloud Implementation, with understanding of Case Management, Customer/Partner Portals, Sites, Knowledge, and CTI
• Understanding of key data migration and integration concepts
• Knowledge of different middleware / ETL vendors (Tibco, Informatica, Cast Iron, etc)
• Strong understanding of database design and web services concepts

Job Roles / Responsibilities:
• Ability to manage both Cognizant and Clearwire functional and technical resources in the analysis, design, build, and testing of a SFDC Service Cloud implementation
• Provide guidance to technical development teams on solution for complex problems, with the ability to break down the full scope requirements into discrete, manageable pieces for allocation to sprints in the Agile approach.
• Assess trade-offs and suggest best approach for integrations to external systems
• Provide user acceptance test plans and assistance during user testing.
• Provide guidance in the development of solution documentation
• Supervise Perform code reviews and implement coding standards / guidelines to development teams
