Collateral Management Associate – Global Transaction Banking recruitment

Key Roles and Responsibilities:

perform commodities collateral management
handle clients' commodity trade finance transactions
act as the main contact point for all Commodity Corporate customers and/or require Collateral Monitoring customers regarding the utilisation of their facilities
identify where requests for utilisation fall outside the terms of approval and to obtain specific credit approval before utilisation can be made. Ensure sufficient collateral coverage, remain within agreed credit and comply with bank procedures / policies
provide a daily liaison function between Customers, Relationship Managers, Credit Approvers and all Product Processing areas
enhanced service delivery to clients, liaise with clients and coordinate with internal departments on timely processing of daily transactions
perform mark-to-market on transactions and inventory financing, make margin call to clients as required
ensure the physical safe keeping of all title documents and securities, and administer the safe custody of these documents
support the growth of Structured Trade Finance, Structured Inventory Products
provide timely and proper release instruction to warehouses
provide overseas stock inspection in different countries
supervise junior team members
manage department business continuity plan to ensure critical business activities will be continued in the event of crisis
participate and initiate projects to look at process improvement, re-engineering
