The Company
Our client is a highly regarded Investment Banks and is looking for a technically sound and experienced individual to join their fast paced business.
The Role
In this role you will be responsible in evaluating clients' complex portfolio comprising equities, fixed income and derivatives instruments, follow-up and taking appropriate action on client risk and control issues. Your point of contacts will include sales, traders and other relevant operations areas to ensure regulations and company policies are adhered to. In addition, participating in projects to design new systems or processes to increase controls and streamline the business will be a part of your job duties.
Your Profile
The successful candidate is a degree holder in Accounting or Finance and should have at least 5 years of relevant experience in securities broking, asset management or custody operations. You are comfortable with the use of client position system, margin system, securities settlement and cash management systems. Previous experience in managing people is preferred. You should have excellent technical skills and be a strong analytical / problem solving individual. Finally, you must be able to work under pressure and be a good team player.
