Collateral and Margin- Business Analyst- Investment Bank

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Technical Business Analyst to join one of the largest most notable banks in the world. This technology team deals with the collateral management and settlements area which is currently undergoing change and growth due to the regulatory demands and deadlines. The successful candidate for this role will understand the banking flows, Derivatives and regulations such as Dodd Frank and Emir which impact this team.

This is a permanent role based inLondon, the City. They are looking to pay circa £65,000-£85,000 for this role dependant on experience.

This Business Analyst role will include core BA responsibilities such as gathering requirements and writing up functional specs and liaising with internal clients as well as stake holders. Functional design and design solutions will also be a part of this role. An understanding of Derivatives, achieving the best most competitive margin and knwoeldge of collateral management will be essential for this role. This team follow both a structured PMI approach as well as a Scrum/Agile approach to projects.

Key Skills

- Business Analyst skills

- OTC Derivatives knowledge and Collateral Management

- Understanding reducing margins

- Project Management experience knowledge on the full project life cycle

- Regulatory knowledge of Emir/Dodd Frank

- Investment Banking experience

- An understanding of data and data flows

- SQL

- Investment banking experience
