Collection and Debt Recovery Project Manager, London recruitment

Deliverables:

1. Establishing the principles, directions and standards as they relate to the business process solution framework

2. Creating and maintaining the architecture for the business process domain to ensure alignment with the organization's priorities; challenging the existing structure to identify opportunities for improvement

3. Defining and modelling business process flows

4. Identifying workflow and business process scenarios that will influence business process design

5. Refining business process designs with control and process input/ output requirements

6. Evaluating the business process architecture to make sure it is flexible enough to support incremental development, ongoing maintenance and future enhancements to system architecture.

7. Preparing future state business models that directionally align with organisational needs

8. Developing the Target Operating Model that includes detailed (task level) core/support process models, a detailed organization model with individual roles responsibilities and a technology engagement model

9. Liaising with technology to ensure technical designs are consistent and align with strategic objectives.

Skills and accountabilities:

1. Introduce operations excellence practices from Centre Manager to Team Leader levels, ensuring a consistent approach to operations management, target setting and achievement, visual management and standardisation to achieve a stable process and base benchmark metrics to improve from.

2. Increase the speed and success of recovering debt without compromising risk and control requirements

3. Reduce the costs associated currently within Debt Management

4. Re-engineer the Debt Management processes to deliver an effective and efficient operation

5. Deliver a high quality client experience during the Debt Management process
