For a large multinational group, active in commercial leasing and financing, we are looking for an experienced Credit Collector. As Collections Specialist Benelux, you will be part of the Collection Department and will report to the Regional Collection Manager. You will also maintain a close contact with various internal departments, amongst which the Legal Department and Risk Department.
Job description
You will be in charge of a part of the customer portfolio of the business, mainly in the Netherlands, Belgium and Luxemburg.
By applying your effective problem-solving skills and collection techniques, you are able to:
-collect outstanding debts
-keep the delinquency within targets
-manage complaints
-identify risks within your portfolio
-document cases to be handed over to Legal
-actively participate in projects to improve the business efficiency
Occasionally, you will be asked to assist the Risk department.
Requirements
Requirements:
-at least 1-7 years of relevant experience in credit collection
-perfect knowledge of Dutch and fluent in English and French
-excellent organisational skills
-target oriented attitude
-customer-oriented problem solver
-excellent teamplayer
-very good knowledge of MS Office (Excel), knowledge of Oracle (R12) is an asset
