The Role of Collections Advisor
An exciting opportunity has arisen to work for a forward thinking organisation as a Collections Advisor. The role is customer focused where empathy, understanding and commitment are essential our Collections Advisor's work with our customers to review, negotiate and manage the outstanding debt in a proactive and professional manner.
Key Responsibilities of Collection Advisor Silver Team
• Provide effective, efficient and professional customer support at all times
• Work within a target and performance based role
• Be fully aware of industry regulations and work within these at all times
• Maintain accurate records
• Liaise with team members and Management
