The position's main objective is to actively engage and gain payment from card members who are overdue on their accounts whilst providing unsuppressed customer service. Throughout the process you must maintain a high level of professionalism and quality service.
Key duties include:
* Providing world class service and First Contact Resolution to Card Members on an outbound basis. Taking ownership and responsibility for resolving customer queries, and collecting payments
* Effective collecting of outstanding monies
* Gain resolution and confirm clear customer understanding while adapting to customer styles of communication
* Driving metrics in accordance with their own targets
* Effective personal time management, including account handling time and adherence to work schedules
* Adhere to American Express processes and procedures, ensuring all calls are carried out in line with Compliance regulations.
Each individual will be responsible for managing customer expectations. The ideal candidate will be career minded, driven, assertive, self motivated, committed and have the intention to deliver unsuppressed quality on every call.
