We operate a flexible shift pattern which operates between 8.00am to 8.00pm Monday to Thursday, 8am to 6pm on Friday and every other Saturday morning 8am to 1.30pm.

Skills and Experience

• You will have previous experience of working in the financial services environment or sales targeted contact centre environment.
• Previous collections experience is desirable but not essential as full training will be given.
• You are self motivated and able to make an immediate impact on our business by building rapport with customers and demonstrating excellent communication skills.
• You pay strong attention to detail and have the ability to remain calm, positive and enthusiastic – even during busy periods.
• You have a flexible attitude to your work and changing demands.
• You are driven by the achievement of personal and team goals and thrive in a target focussed environment.
