Employees will be contacting customers with delinquent accounts to make payment arrangements. This position has the ability to be temporary to hire with the right candidate. Successful candidates will possess the following knowledge, skills and/or abilities: · Collections Experience (Required) · Proficient in Microsoft Office · Ability to organize, multitask and strong attention to detail Ability work under pressure and meet deadlines, while maintaining a positive attitude and providing exemplary internal and external customer service. · Ability to work independently and to carry out assignments to completion within the parameters of instructions given, prescribed routines and standard accepted practices.
