Collections Agent
We are currently recruiting for a Collections Agent to be based in a busy call centre in Nottingham City Centre.
You will be working in the Collections Department handling both inbound and outbound calls.
Hours are full time and the hours of operation are
Monday - Friday 8am - 9pm
Saturday and Sunday 9am - 5pm
Candidates will be required to work a mixture of early, late and weekend shifts.
Training will be full time Monday - Friday 9am - 5pm for 6 weeks
The successful candidate will ideally have the ability to:
* Deliver great customer service through effective communication.
* Listen to customers personal situations, being empathetic where appropriate and gather information.
* Negotiate appropriate financial agreements, based on the information gathered from the customer and systems, to meet both the banks and customers needs.
The successful candidates will ideally:
* Possess good attention to detail and competent PC skills to accurately apply agreements to customers accounts, based on the information gathered from the customer.
* Be able to work to and meet targets.
