Collections Coordinator – 9 month Fixed Term Contract

Virgin Media are one of the largest telecommunications companies in the UK and are committed to providing products and services of the very highest quality to their customers.
We are currently looking for Collection Coordinator to join the expanding team in the Virgin Media offices based in Birmingham..

As a Collections Coordinator you will be proactively chasing billed revenue via telephone/email to ensure prompt customer payment. You will be working to improve customer behaviours to ensure all customers pay to terms. You will work as a team to ensure that monthly cashflow targets are achieved.

As you will be working with both internal and external customers, effective communication is key to being successful in this role. Excellent customer service along with fantastic attention to detail is critical so, if you’re enthusiastic and passionate about working for a market leader then you’ll make a welcome addition to the team!

I am looking for someone who has at least 6 months experience of working within a collections role. In addition, candidates who have experience of working in a customer service environment and enjoy working as part of a team as well as individually, are encouraged to apply.
