Senior Credit Controller - Birmingham - £19,000 - £22,000 - 6 Month fixed term contract
Advantage Professional are currently recruiting for a number of Senior Credit Control roles for a fantastic, innovative organisation based in Birmingham. This is for a 6 month fixed term contract and candidates need to be able to start on a short notice or be available immediately.
Working in a large team your duties will involve:
Reducing the aged debt from a large customer base
Resolving queries from start to finish
Liaise with internal billing team to resolve issues
Working in a target driven environment
Building and managing strong relationships with VIP customers
As an experienced credit controller you will work towards tight deadlines in order to reduce a high volume of aged debt. You will be used to dealing with large retail or wholesale customers and be chasing values in excess of £300,000. You will be a highly motivated and engaging individual, who has a hunger to succeed and aspire to be the best. You will work towards high targets, have excellent interpersonal skills and be able to converse on all levels. You will build strong relationships with both internal and external stakeholders. As this is a six month fixed term contract you will be required to hit the ground running within the organisation, work to a very high standard and work towards quick results. This role is based within a large organisation, therefore there is a possibility of extension or longer term role within the company after the six month project has been completed.
