Collections Data Analyst Job
As part of the Collections Team you will be responsible for creating, maintaining and delivering on a timely basis detailed performance reporting and data analysis to enable the business to understand collection performance and support a culture of continual improvement. In addition you will also have the responsibility to gather other requirements, implement and test reports.
PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES
• To work with Tallyman Developers Collections Management to ensure that data is collected appropriately, in useable formats within the Tallyman treatment paths, where possible anticipating future needs.
• To develop and maintain a suite of reports to provide detailed portfolio reporting
• To develop and deliver Exception reporting to provide information to enable the prompt identification of issues and failure in service delivery.
• To provide adhoc data analysis to support the identification and tracking of performance improvement opportunities.
KNOWLEDGE SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
• Report Design
• Knowledge of Debt Recovery and Collections
• High numerate and able to interpret data and identify improvement opportunities.
• Requirements Analysis
• Technical authoring skills to ensure the production of accurate and concise reports.

This is a full time, permanent position located in St Mellons, South Wales. The salary offered is £21,000 - £25,000 depending on experience.
