COLLECTIONS SPECIALIST
Growing school music dealer has immediate part-time position in Gibsonia office. Experience preferred. 10-15 hours per week. Earn $10.00 to $15.00 per hour working in a pleasant environment offering a flexible schedule.
Duties include:
~ Assisting clients that are delinquent on their instrument rental contracts
~ Resolving delinquencies through collection phone calls and mailings
~ Working with customers to help them understand their contract terms, review delinquency patterns and negotiate payment arrangements.
