Collections Manager

- Summary of Position:
Position will be responsible managing a collections team, which includes meeting recovery goals, maintaining productivity levels and overall management leadership of the team.
- Principal Duties Responsibilities:
- Business Knowledge and Technical/Analytical Skills:
Working knowledge of predictive dialer and is able to coach negotiation and collection skills to others. Needs to be proficient in Word, Power point, and Excel. Excellent analytical and communication, both written and verbal, skills required. Must have ability to make decisions and multitask in a fast paced environment. Working knowledge of Home Lending products.
