Responsible for addressing the banks customer hardship and trouble debt restructuring requests while controlling risk and exposure to the bank. Develop the best possible collection and workout strategies for both the bank and borrower. Requirements include five years experience in mortgage underwriting or collections, preferably in the loss mitigation area at a bank or financial institution.
