Collections Manager Job in West Yorkshire, Yorkshire UK

My client, a progressive and dynamic business is looking for a Collections Manager to lead a large team at their offices in West Yorkshire.

Your responsibilities will include managing campaigns, ensuring KPI's are met and monitored, developing and implementing new processes, maintaining service levels, monitoring performance as well as motivating and leading a growing team.

This is a pivotal role within the business and my client is looking for an individual who has at least 5 years experience in a similar role, within a collections environment.

It is essential that you have a proven track record of managing large teams as well as first class communication and influencing skills.
