Collections Officer
A well known global brand has a job for a Collections Officer based in their office in Slough.
The key responsibility in this position will be to deal with customers who are experiencing financial difficulties and assisting them in handling their repayments to the company. The role will involve handling calls with customers and developing a successful resolution, liaising with external collections agents when required, collecting outstanding repayments and reducing debt in accordance with set targets.
The right candidate will have strong customer service skills as this role will involve dealing with customers (B2C collections), experience working in a similar collections role and good communication skills.
