Well-established Australian-owned provider of niche insurance products and services based in Norwest business precinct requires a Recoveries Consultant for their dynamic team.
Reporting to the Recoveries Team Leader, you will be responsible for the communication and processing of agreed recovery claims. Additionally, you will also be responsible for the daily management of motor recoveries and related workflow, ensuring that claims are handled efficiently and delivering excellent customer-service.
To be considered for this role, you will possess the following skills and attributes:
•Strong negotiating skills obtained from a recoveries background within general insurance
•Strong knowledge of motor insurance claims and recoveries
•Strong technical insurance and policy interpretation skills
•Experience in end-to-end claims management
•Sound judgement and decision-making skills
•Strong customer focus
