Collections Operations Manager

The opportunity:
An exciting opportunity has arisen for an established Operations Manager to manage the back office function of an be part of a dynamic and ever-expanding cards business. Managing the back office function you will initially be responsible for an operational migration of a newly aquired portfolio followed by the further migration of future aquired portfolios.

The candidate:
The successful candidate will have ideally have operational change management experience as well as having a gravitas that enables you to manage stake holders at all levels. You will have end to end knowledge of cards operations ensuring the function is streamlined and business ready. Initial migration work will require the delivery of business requirements in the form of effective planning and preperation, resulting in a seamless transition to market. An effective stakeholder manager, you will ensure all processes and procedures are aligned to the required TCF outcomes. This is an enviroment that champions an intvidule that is looking for rapid career progression within a dynamic and fast paced enviroment. The sucessful indvidule will have a can do mentality with a hands on approach.
