- Familiarity with Dialer Systems
- Familiarity with Inbound/Outbound Call Center
- Microsoft Windows experience
Qualifications:
- High school Diploma or equivalency
- 1-3 years recent relevant experience
Working hours: Monday Tuesday or Wednesday Thursday: 12:00PM to 9:00PM
Wednesday, Thursday, or Friday: 9:00AM to 6:00PM
Occasional Saturday: 9:00AM to 6:00PM
This position requires maintaining focus in FAST PACED call center environment as well as making decisions based on consumer scenarios and adapting to consumer situations.
Candidates should possess reliable transportation and be willing to submit to both a background and drug screen.
Schedule:
Monday Tuesday or Wednesday Thursday: 12:00PM to 9:00PM
Wednesday, Thursday, or Friday: 9:00AM to 6:00PM
Occasional Saturday: 9:00AM to 6:00PM
