COLLECTIONS TEAM LEADER

 

As Collections team leader, reporting to the supervisor, you will manage a team of collections analysts and collections administrators working in a particular market. It will be your responsibility to ensure that the team consistently reaches/exceeds departments SLA’s and KPI’s. You will be responsible for all areas of people management and also for involving and developing your senior Collections analyst in this area. You will work with your collections specialist to ensure that best practice policies and procedures are implemented in your team.

 

The Role :

 

The Role requires candidates with at least 2 years collections / AR / OtC / debt / customer service experience combined with minimum 6 months experience in people management. You should have good overall business knowledge, appreciations and understanding of business processes.

We are looking for candidates with excellent communication and leading skills, results oriented and with can-do-attitude.

 

Fluency in English is essential
