Collections Team Senior
Hays Office Support are recruiting a Collections Team Senior on a permanent basis in Rotherham
For this position of Collections Team Senior you will support the Team Manager in management for the advisors
The duties of this role will be:
Deliver performance to target in a cost effective manner
Responsible for performance management of the team
Support staff recruitment
Provide training
Delegate workloads
Successful candidates will have ideally worked in a similar role in a customer service environment
DUE TO THE NATURE OF THIS ROLE, MY CLIENT WILL PERFORM A CREDIT CHECK, YOU MUST HAVE NO LATE PAYMENTS WITHIN THE LAST 6 YEARS

Shifts are done on Rota- will include 3-4 early shifts 8am-5pm, 1 –2 late shifts = 12pm-8pm with the occasional Saturday
