Collections & Trace Executive Jobs Bradford
We have a fantastic opportunity working for a large law firm based in Bradford. The ideal candidate will have previous experience working within financial services industry in a similar role of collections and recovery specialist. Be able to manage debt, through inbound and outbound activities with the overall aim of increasing cash collections.
The ideal candidate will be expected to -
· Meet all service level agreements
· Trace customers in line with processes and procedures
· Effectively handle inbound calls
· Achieve all targets set by team leaders/managers included trace success rates and work position
· Own and manage caseload from instruction to closure
· Use most effective and productive methods to deal with cases quickly and effectively
· Ensure risks are identified and offer feedback and solutions where applicable
· Provide advice and assistance to colleagues on case work where appropriate
· Work with team to ensure targets are met
· Assist with project work and other ad-hoc tasks when required
· Build good rapport with clients
· Liaise effectively and professionally with clients both verbally and via written communication methods
· Manage client expectations
· Attend client events and meetings where required
In return for this you will receive a salary ranging from £12,500 to £16,000 dependent on experience, the opportunity to work a varying shift pattern and the chance to work in a thriving and growing business.
