Business to Business Collector
Job Description and Responsibilities:
· Make business to business collection calls on past due accounts
· Process new credit applications
· Work with Customers and business units to resolve disputed invoices
· Sign off on conditional/unconditional lien releases
· Process resale certificates and exemption certificates
Requirements:
· Knowledge of construction lien laws
· 2 ? 5 years experience in B2B collections environment
· Strong knowledge of fair debt, bookkeeping and collection management
· Exposure to computerized accounting methods
Consumer Collector
Job Description and Responsibilities:
· Make loss mitigation collection calls or receive customer inquiries on past due accounts
· Process mortgage loan modifications
· Work in a fast paced and changing environment
· Maintain courtesy and professionalism when dealing with peers and customers
· Provide payment solutions and good customer service
· Extensive data entry and follow up
Requirements
· Recent Loss Mitigation Collections or Mortgage Experience Preferred (after 2009)
· Solid computer skills
· Experience assisting with the back end of the loan process.
· Able to handle a very fast paced environment.
· Professional demeanor
