In this role you will be part of a team of recruiters who are energized by driving campus strategies to deliver exceptional diverse talent to our growing company.
The College Recruiter will work collaboratively with members of the Recruitment Center to help drive and measure best recruiting practices to meet targeted hiring goals
- As the key campus contact, build and maintain long-term relationships with strategic universities to create brand recognition with students, administrators and faculty
- Coordinate all recruiting events for assigned campuses, including career fairs, information sessions, student organizations, and on-campus interviews.
- Develop sourcing strategies and plan for entry level, cooperative education and internship positions for specific disciplines at assigned schools.
- Utilize applicant tracking system to ensure the delivery of consistent and compliant recruiting processes
- Develop and maintain pipelines of candidates for specific skill sets/job families.
- Identify and drive technology to expand reach and engagement with campuses, i.e., online career fairs, chat rooms, blogs, etc.
- Communicate hiring and conversion rates and track results.
- Be willing to travel up to 75% of the time during the peak recruiting season.

Education and Experience:
- Minimum of BA/BS degree in business, communications, human resources or a related field.
- At least 1 year successful recruiting experience, preferably with a focus on new grads, co-ops or interns.
- Excellent Microsoft Office computer skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
