The College Recruiter will join a team of 9 and report directly to the Director of Admissions.
They will be responsible for student enrollment ( following up on student inquiries with outbound calling to set appointments, interview and enroll students). In addition, follow-up with students and parents is required to complete the enrollment process.
Who we're looking for
The College Recruiter will meet the following requirements:
Bachelor's degree required
Comfortable with making 50 phone calls a day
" 2-4 years experience in an inside sales, internal recruiter, fast-paced environment
