College/University Relations Manager Job in Philadelphia 19019, Pennsylvania US
The College/University Relations Manager and team develops and implements college and diversity strategy for various business units, with the most emphasis on Engineering and Finance. In addition, the team manages branding and recruitment focused on diverse talent pools. By leveraging the company's local and national diversity partners, diversity recruitment provides access and guidance to their membership(s) in order to create opportunities.
The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of experience in college recruiting and/or college recruiting management. Looking for a savvy, smart, efficient, fast-working, results-oriented person to initially manage the college recruiting efforts and the interns Comcast wants to hire. This position will grow into a more strategic role and will have the opportunity in the future to collaborate with NBC Universal. Media/Technology/Financial industry experience is preferred but not required. This position is based at Comcast's headquarters in Center City, PA.
Responsibilities
· Direct campus activities to strengthen employer-of-choice brand
· Ensure effective execution of campus activities, job fairs, info sessions, and interview schedules are effectively planned and executed
· Establish and manage relationships with partner schools
· Tracking/reporting
· Overall project management
· Other duties and responsibilities as assigned
· Bachelor's degree
· 5+ years of experience in project management, operations and or/recruitment.
· Exceptional organizational skills
· Strong PC skills required: Microsoft Word, Excel, Access and PowerPoint.
· Superior oral and written communication skills.
· Capable of juggling multiple projects simultaneously.
