This job is purely due to the growth of the team, with a real need for a 2-5yr PAE corporate lawyer to join the group. This role will see you exposed across corporate transactions including MandA, corporate governance, competition and consumer work, corporate finance, private equity, capital markets and stock exchange and regulatory matters. Your client base will include major corporate clients, large property and investment groups as well as clients across the Energy and Resources sector.
While you will work closely with one particular partner, this is an opportunity to work with multiple Partners recognised as leaders in this area of law and an area of law which is only going to get busier with some of the best work being done in all of Australia happening right here in Queensland.
