Com'l Lines Insurance Customer Srv Agent
Description Performs Customer service for assigned Insurance accounts. Takes ownership of Customer concerns and resolves Customer issues at first point contact when possible. Receives, researches and answers inquiries and requests. Communicates with producers, marketers and other appropriate internal personnel as necessary. Follows up with inquiries and research. Coordinates changes, updates and renewals of Customer accounts. Requirements: Must be licensed High school diploma or equivalent experience 3-5 years related experience required Knowledge of wide array of insurance products and services Negotiation/sales skills Relationship development skills Organizational skills, including ability to prioritize work Problem solving skills, including ability to research and resolve Customer account issues Attention to detail Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written PC skills inlcuding Microsoft Office and Agency Management System Insurance licensing required Property and Casualty and professional designation preferred Continuing education required on an ongoing basis Ability to effectvely coach and mentor others preferred Regional travel may be required
