Full Job Description
Our client, a top 50 UK law firm, is looking to recruit a talented Commercial/ IT solicitor with a minimum of 4 years' PQE to join its office in the Thames Valley.
Work will include complex IP/ IT agreements, advising on outsourcing transactions, major supply contracts and complex commercial projects. You will also be involved in data protection and privacy regulation; as such, a mixed and varied workload with a high amount of responsibility can be expected from the outset.
The successful candidate will have demonstrable commercial/ IT experience, gained at a firm renowned for its expertise in this field. Strong academics and technical skills will also be required. This is an excellent opportunity, offering competitive remuneration and a genuine work/ life balance.
