No Security Clearance Required about security clearance definitions Position Description Executes the contract process, including analysis, extraction and recording of contractual data into business systems and prepares aircraft return, sale, and lease related contractual documents. Develops solutions to a variety of difficult problems and assists in the development of documented contractual processes. Runs standard reports from information systems. Distributes documents to appropriate functional organizations for disposition. Assists in the development of procedures to ensure accurate documentation of processes. Establishes and administers systems and tools to ensure data integrity and access security. Coordinates with information technology staff and user community and assists in the identification and resolution of computing system problems and improvements. Develops metrics and reports to monitor program or project performance, tracks performance, maintains metrics and communicates results to senior management for on-going management of the business. Provides information and data for audit and litigation requirements. Identifies deficiencies, initiates and coordinates corrective actions and participates in solution to ensure organizational compliance with policies and procedures, contractual obligations and audit requirements. Identifies contractual and financial risks and recommends mitigation strategies to internal organizations. Assists in the research, development and maintenance of the contracts technology plan and systems, including business case development research and analysis. Participates in delivery administration by anticipating and coordinating transactional aspects of delivery of products and services, ensuring delivery consistent with contract terms, establishing and maintaining relationships with internal organizations, external agencies, and the customer to complete business transactions and resolve issues relating to internal coordination and action item assignment. Maintains history of change requests to pro forma documents and updates pro forma documents per procedures and direction. Typical Education/Experience Level 2 - Bachelor's degree and typically 3 or more years related work experience, a Master's degree and typically 1 or more years related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience. Level 3 - Bachelor's and typically 6 or more years related work experience, a Master's degree and typically 4 or more years related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
