About the Job
We are seeking an experienced Account Handler to work within the Commercial department. The successful individual will be responsible for identifying, creating and developing new business opportunities as well as providing support for existing clients. An ability to negotiate issues such as renewal terms, mid-term adjustments and cover extensions is required. High levels of customer service skills are also required together with sound knowledge of FSA regulations and rules associated within the insurance industry. The candidate must be IT literate and be a proven team player with strong communication skills.
