LG's Business to Business group is seeking a motivated, flexible, customer service oriented leader to improve our service capabilities and increase customer satisfaction.
The role of the Commercial Air Conditioning Manager is to coordinate the efforts of team members to support LG's customers. Primary responsibilities include providing resolution to customer issues through investigations, resolution of internal service issues (i.e. parts shortage, technical updates, etc.), and escalation of issues through appropriate LG Channels (i.e. sale, RA, Parts, etc.).
- Ensure teams provide superior customer service
- Assign field engineers to investigate and provide resolution to customer issues
- Effectively review, investigate, and follow up on all field issues with commercial accounts
- Develop, lead, motivate, and manager a customer focused team to ensure best practices are being delivered
- Determine and assess need for additional staff
- Develop and deliver reports, requirements, documentation, and presentations
- Determine the frequency and content of status reports from the project team; analyze results, and troubleshoot problem areas
- Build, develop, and grow any business relationship vital to the success of the company
- Ability to travel up to 30%
- Other duties as assigned
- Bachelors Degree in Engineering or Business related field
- Minimum of 7 years experience in the commercial AC field
- Knowledge of new and existing commercial HVAC systems and services
- Excellent customer relationship skills with deep understanding of service business strategy
- Ability to build and lead high performance teams
- Excellent problem solving skills with ability to analyze situations, identify existing or potential problems, and recommend solutions
- Experience at working both independently and in a team-oriented, collaborative environment.
- Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a rapidly changing environment
- Advanced knowledge of MS Office applications including Word, Excel and PowerPoint
- Excellent written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills
