Commercial Analyst – Aviation recruitment

The Company:
My Client, a leading Energy trading Company is looking for talented individuals to fuel the exciting expansion plans in the Asia Pacific region due to organic growth.

The Role:
The Analyst will review quote to close data available from EIP and notify the appropriate sales staff for follow-up. The Analyst will compare market data for Asia regional airports available in the WFS Sales and Marketing database against EIP sales results and follow-up with the appropriate sales staff for follow-up. The Analyst will prepare a monthly report listing: Quote to Close data by IATA location; Sales Opportunities by Airport; List of next period airports to be reviewed and Sales Opportunities by IATA location and volume. Will provide analytical support and data analysis for CRM/SRM initiatives; specifically will maintain data for the Asia Region in the WFS Tender Database and act as a conduit between the various databases within World Fuel Services and the Asian aviation organization.

This role will work closely with the commercial teams in the creation of various intelligence and performance reports. provide complex analysis of customer, sales, and supply information to produce comprehensive opportunity identification that is actionable by the sales teams Development of reports that contribute to sales efficiency and speed

Your Profile:
The ideal candidate will have experience working with business front-office in project driven environments. Very strong data management skills are a must. Qualifications and experience aside, the ideal candidate will be a high-performer, a natural team player, analytical and execution-oriented. Diploma with preferably 3 years of experience in sales activities analysis . Advanced MS Excel and Access skills, database management and better-than-average proficiency with project management tools. Must have the ability to learn very quickly a new software tools. Exceptional analytical and organizational skills. Must be detail oriented and be able to manage/coordinate multiple work-streams. Excellent written and verbal communication skills; possess the confidence to work with sales-driven team. At ease working in multicultural environment and ability to interact effectively with individuals at all levels in the organization
