Oferta:

QP/Shell Petrochemical project is a joint project between QP and Shell to develop a new JV petrochemical complex at Ras Laffan (80% QP / 20 % Shell) to add value to ethane and Propane from North Field and ensure optimum utilization of Qatar's hydrocarbon resources. As a globally-advantaged petrochemical growth platform in Ras Laffan Industrial City the project is set for mechanical completion by Q2 2016 with start-up by end of Q3 2016. The project configuration as the base case is mixed feed cracker and aiming for production of Mono Ethylene Glycol (MEG), Linear Alpha Olefins, and Propylene based OXO Alcohols.

You will provide input in the development of agreements and contracts, including preparation of specific contracts and contracting procedures. Key responsibility will be to prepare contract bid slates, invitation for proposal commercial and technical documents for completeness, quality and relevancy.In addition,you will also be advising the Project Director and Project Management Team on contracting related issues and work with the appropriate project team(s) relative to mitigation measures. You will work with the FEED EPC Contractors, PM's and Owner's functional units to define details of contracting procedures, depending on type of Contractor (Reimbursable or Lump Sum). You will also need to understand the FEED EPC contract documents, including exceptions which are incorporated in the contract, then negotiate, as required, contract exceptions from standard terms and conditions..

Perfil desejado:

- Bachelor Degree in Management or Engineering is necessary with either a masters or MBA is preferred
- Proven experience in project contracting with major FEED and EPC contracts
- Strong understanding of the details processes and execution of FEED EPC contracts
- A significant amount of experience in a integrated petrochemical facility/company or at least in olefins, polylefins, aromatics and derivatives or petrochemical industry/ refinery.
- Proven and strong international project management skills acquired preferably along a significant multinational exposure.
- Proven experience in extensive hands-on experience in international business development and in developing downstream projects and their evaluation, including technical, financial, marketing, contractual and other relevant disciplines.
