Job Description Analyzes current contracts and identifies opportunities to maximize value for the organization through effective lease negotiations and restructuring. Cultivates long term relationships with internal and external partners. Duties include lease negotiations, asset management, and administration of lease reporting and controls. Scope/Key Responsibilities 1. Modifies and restructures lease terms and conditions to maximize enterprise value for assigned portfolio. 2. Establishes and cultivates long term relationships with internal and external partners. 3. Analyzes current contract and lease terms to make recommendations to management regarding the most effective negotiation approach. 4. Responsible for being the market expert for assigned submarkets. 5. Performs other job-related tasks and projects as assigned. Required Experience ? 2-4 years experience in commercial real estate/lease negotiation, including familiarity with various types and formats for lease agreements ? Proven success in building effective teams ? Exceptional communication skills and proven ability to cultivate long term client relationships ? High degree of business acumen Degree Requirements Bachelor of Arts Discipline Bachelor?s Degree in Real Estate, Business Administration or related field, or equivalent combination of formal education and experience-based learning. MBA preferred. Certifications Certificates Licenses: CCIM preferred ( Certifed Commercial Investment Member) Physical Requirements * Physical Demands: Work requires frequent sitting, standing, walking and use of keyboard/computer. Work requires occasional bending, reaching and lifting/moving up to 35 pounds. Work is subject to tight deadlines and interruptions can be stressful.
