As a Banker in Chase Auto Finance you will be developing and servicing profitable relationships within the Dealer Commercial Services (DCS) segment. The focus of this position will be attaining new and profitable commercial business and cross selling all of the associated bank products. Individuals in this position have developed the experience to function as the lead on the largest and most complex accounts. They must be able to establish rapport with the customers and their employees through regular contact by phone and in person. Employees in this position carry heavy business development expectations. They must be a self-starter and have a self-drive with minimal supervision. They should have proven client relationship skills, extensive product and industry knowledge, technical expertise, and strong transaction execution skills. The position will be the focal point of the client relationship, and will orchestrate the interfacing with clients by credit, underwriting, operations, and product support staff. This position will call on and target customers in Southern Wisconsin (Milwaukee Metro and south of I94/I90, including Madison), and Northern 1/3 of Iowa (north of Hwy 20)
