Commercial Card Acquisition Manager

An international Financial Services company has an exciting role for a Commercial Card Acquisition Manager to join their Credit Card Division. As a developing commercial and strategic thinker, the focus of your role will be on the delivery of design, delivery, execution and analysis of new customer acquisition programmes within UK Cards.

As part of the role you will develop, implement and enhance acquisition strategies (in consultation with the Commercial and Partner Management teams) to drive profitable growth as well as to optimize product economics through better targeting and driving sales growth where economics are favorable. This will involve developing detailed proposals for product / process improvements and investment with Marketing Analytics, Credit Risk and Commercial teams as well as updating customer acquisition campaign plans on a rolling basis to drive financial forecasting to provide the basis for activity to optimize campaigns. Evaluation is part of the role where you will monitor and review the performance of investment initiatives, reforecast as appropriate and ensure that all findings are captured and actions are taken to improve future performance. In addition you will develop a detailed commercial tracking system with the Marketing Analytics team to ensure insight is in place to drive commercial strategies.

To be considered for this role, you need to have the relevant commercial and analytical experience from a Financial Services background (ideally a cards environment). Further to this the ability to be able to analyze programs on a value basis, understanding both high level results and key value drivers is essential as is the ability to effectively and concisely communicate key issues and ideas verbally and without supervision. You must have refined stakeholder management skills able to interface with upper management and multiple departments effectively to ensure project delivery and to present complex analytical concepts to all levels of the business.
