2 Positions.

 

Commercial Real Estate Credit Officer.

 

·       Responsible for all aspects of a proposed loan from the time the borrower executes the term sheet through closing. Evaluate the credit worthiness and management capabilities of the borrower/guarantor, the real estate collateral securing the proposed loan, and adequacy of the loan structure for transactions and/or relationships.

 

·       Analyze property operations including all historical revensues, expense and capital expenditures as well as future projections to support the ongoing economic viability of the property and the loan.

 

·       Abstract material leases in order to assess the leases and how it contributes the economics of the transaction.

 

Requires: Bachelor’s Degree in Management, Accounting, Finance. 6 months + banking related experience.

 

CI Credit Officer.

 

·       Work with Lenders to prepare detailed and accurate loan presentations that will assist in the approval and underwriting of commercial and industrial loans.

 

·       Proposed financing, existing financing, line usage, deposit analysis, credit relationships, collateral analysis, cash flow.

 

·       Monitor compliance of financial covenants, legal file review for completeness of documentation and loan committee packages as they move through the committee process.

 

·       Responsible for preparing high quality credit reviews on existing clients to enable the officer to make informed credit decisions and collateral requirement for loss sensitive issues.

 

Requires: Associates degree and 2 years of banking experience.
