We are seeking out an accomplished Commercial Director to join this highly successful and expanding business.
OUR CLIENT
Is a discrete business unit within a global player. The company provides outsourced business solutions to some of the worlds' most demanding clients. The offering enables its clients to be more efficient and to reduce their cost base.
THE COMMERCIAL DIRECTOR
You will have board level responsibility for new contract acquisition and existing contract performance company wide.
THE CANDIDATE
Naturally at this level there are no compromises. The commercial director will be:-
• Ambitious, motivated, driven, an easy communication style but with exceptional rigour. Pushes boundaries, excites the business, proven track record, needs success.
• You will have an international outlook and experience.
• Your education will include a relevant degree and probably an MBA.
• European languages will be a serious advantage.
• You should be able to demonstrate an in depth understanding of the benefits of outsourced service supply gained in a service organisation supporting clients with a worldwide reach.
• You will be successful in your current role but will probably have outgrown the challenge.
