Commercial Finance Analyst
A large brand name manufacturing company based in Bolton town centre is looking to recruit a Part Qualified into their Commercial Finance function.
Sitting within the commercial finance team you will be support the sales and marketing department and ensure the relevant financial support is available for them to achieve their forecast and budgets .
You will be reviewing product promotions spend and provide support to all aspects of the process, assist in the monthly quarterly forecasting and budget process for sales volumes and revenue. Review customer pricing and provide ad-hoc reporting on sales revenue and customer/product profitability performance to support understanding of business performance
You will also be accounting for customer bonuses/discounts and contribute to the ongoing development of systems, processes and reporting to drive forward the FPA team’s support to the commercial function.
You will be actively studying towards CIMA or ACCA and be actively looking to qualify. Highly analytical with a strong level of attention to detail and the ability communicate financial data to both finance and non finance colleagues is a must, and you will be confident in challenging and dealing with a variety of colleagues both inside and outside of the finance community.
You will have previous financial analysis experience and have the ability to interpret, analyse and present data. Strong Excel, communication and organisation skills are essential and experience using Access would be desirable.
