Commercial Finance Analyst
Hays are currently working with one of the worlds leading manufacturing businesses to recruit a commercially focussed finance analyst for an newly created operation in the black country. The business is growing at a hugely impressive rate and they are keen to secure the services of an ambitious and forward thinking analyst / business partner. Reporting to a senior finance manager, the successful applicant will business partner for the manufacturing operation and provide weekly and monthly key management information, including both physical and financial data. You will lead cost reviews with operating managers to discuss and interpret the data and advise on future actions. Analysis and approval of operating expenditure requests, month end accounting – including journal preparation and variance analysis as well as monthly cash flow forecasting·
To apply for this role you must be a qualified accountant with experience of the manufacturing (or related) sector. Knowledge of SAP is an advantage. You must have a strong analytical background and a commercial focus and have a strong desire to progress within your career.
